Wayna S.Taylor is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She began her real estate career as licensed salesperson in the state of Florida in 1999. She then relocated home to Atlanta where she obtained her salesperson license in 2000. She was consistently recognized as top sales person and subsequently decided to obtain her broker license in 2004 and started up a small firm specializing in residential real estate.

Wayna is now with the HomeSmart family where she continues as a prominent real estate figure in Florida. She is dedicated and experienced in helping people with their real estate needs.
